Besides making its first public announcement of Quincy Brown the company's President & CEO, G3 Jewelry Inc also introduced 2 new lines of jewelry to the industry. The "Glitz" Line for men (http://www.g3jewelry.com/customjewelry_glitz.php) and The "Glamour" Line for women (http://www.g3jewelry.com/customjewelry_glamour.php) represent a new approach and styling to high-end jewelry for celebrities, entertainers, athletes and the affluent jewelry buyer. Each line features unique styling angles that are customized to the exact specifications of the client. "We think jewelry is a visual representation of a person's character or persona. Both lines of custom jewelry contain diamond earrings, bracelets, necklaces, charms and rings. The "Glitz" Line adds diamond cufflinks for men and The "Glamour" Line adds anklets for women. VS clarity E-F color stones are the minimum diamond quality provided to customers, with Flawless diamonds readily available for select pieces of jewelry. "The customer controls the purchase when ordering from G3 Jewelry. We provide the designs, but they decide how much they want to spend by choosing a specific diamond package. It's a completely different approach, because almost every other jewelry shows you jewelry that's finished already, quotes you a price and tells you to take it or leave it," says Brown.
The JCK Show also presented G3 Jewelry Inc with an opportunity to seek various partnerships and collaborations which will be announce in the weeks to come (before the JA Show in New York City). Although Brown remains undecided on whom to approach in regards to celebrity endorsements, the company has no shortage of celebrity clients eager to get their hands on G3's jewelry. "Without saying names, we have a growing list of celebrities, entertainers, professional football, baseball and basketball players who have inquired about our lines of jewelry," says Brown. "Once our Swiss-Made watch line hits the market, many of our clients who have purchased jewelry from us will have exclusive purchase rights on the first lot. That's a big deal because our diamond watches are limited edition, limited quantity items."
Another announcement made by G3 Jewelry Inc at the JCK Show was the launch of its new website (www.g3jewelry.com). Not resting on the heels of this release, G3 Jewelry plans to add e-commerce functionality that allows users to customize orders on the web in mid to late June. Although The "Glitz" and "Glamour" lines contain only luxury items, the e-commerce update to g3jewelry.com will includes customizable jewelry that crosses various budget categories. Customers who have a smaller budget than a more affluent buyer can easily customize the same piece of jewelry in a way that lowers the price. The difference in quality will certainly be noticeable, but the design will be general design will be the same. "We think customization is the future of high-end jewelry, because everyone wants to put a touch of their own style into everything they wear."
